Our research platforms and workshops

The team has access to the facilities of the Institute of Movement Sciences – Étienne-Jules Marey UMR7287. This equipment includes the Mediterranean Flight Arena (AVM) research technology platform, electronics and micro-mechanics workshops to rapidly prototype the team’s various achievements, as well as beehives to study the behavior of honeybees.

Mediterranean Flight Arena (AVM)

The AVM consists of a flight chamber of 8 m long by 6 m wide and 6 m high dedicated to robotic experimentation (ground and air).
